Madame Sousou opened this year and firmly entered the culinary scene to write its history. The idea is simple and original. Teased Greek mezes with selected wine labels, beers from small producers, and spirits. Simple and delicious. And all this is served in a unique spot in Pyrgos, one of the highest points of Santorini, with a 180-degree view, starting from Firostefani and reaching Monolithos.
