Nosti takes its name from the Greek word “νόστιμο” (nostimo), meaning delicious, and from the island of Tinos, where our love for honest, shared food by the sea began. Inspired by the Greek tavern, Nosti offers a relaxed, sunlit dining experience rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and sharing.
